From a garage roaster to a neighborhood ritual

Aurora started in 2019 with a second-hand 1 kg drum roaster, a spreadsheet of cupping notes, and a stubborn belief that freshness beats everything.

Today we roast for cafés and homes across the country, but the ritual is unchanged: small batches, honest sourcing, and a roast log for every single bag.
